Australia-Customers independently installed LSG-1700B Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer

The client is an Australian designer and manufacturer of innovative lighting. In addition, the company has been engaged in the lighting industry for many years.

The customer learned about our company through website inquiry in 2015. Later, when our company went to the local exhibition, after in-depth consultation with us, fully understanding the customer’s needs, we quickly recommended LSG-1700B Rotation Luminaire Goniophotometer. After discussing some technical issues with our engineers, the business cards of both parties were quickly exchanged, a preliminary stage of cooperation was established. After the exhibition, the customer contacted us via email. After many exchanges in our business, They happily placed the order. We arranged production immediately after receiving the customer's order. We quickly confirmed the darkroom size with the customer, and our engineers designed the darkroom drawing for the customer according to the darkroom size provided by the customer.

While we were producing the equipment, customers were decorating dark rooms. Due to the epidemic, we cannot provide on-site installation and training services for customers. Therefore, we sent installation videos to customers and guided them through online videos to guide customers in equipment installation and operations. After our careful guidance, customers began to complete the installation and successfully test to use step by step. After testing , the customer was very satisfied with our after-sales service. This customer is a leading manufacturer of LED industry in India. The company began to produce and develop LED lamps, power converters, fans, PCB assembly, etc. for railways very early. In addition, all equipment in this customer factory is certified and calibrated to produce high-quality products required by the railway.

This customer learned about our company through our local old customers. When our engineers went to the local area to do installation training for one of our old customers, the customers were very interested when they learned the news and asked to go to the scene to communicate with our engineers. After obtaining the customer's agreement, we invite the customer to watch and answer the technical questions raised by the customer. Customers on-site to see our after-sales service expressed satisfaction. And soon contacted us to place an order for a LSG-1700B goniophotometer and a SG61000-5H surge generator.

We arranged production soon after receiving the customer's order. While we are producing the equipment, our engineers design darkroom drawing according to the dimensions of the darkroom provided by the customer. After customers decorate the darkroom according to our darkroom drawing, their equipment is also completed. Customers apply for our engineers to their factory for installation and training immediately after receiving our equipment.
