IEC 60068-2-1 Environmental Testing Part 2-1: Tests-Test A: Cold
This part of IEC 60068 deal with cold tests applicalbe to both non heat-dissipating and heat-dissipating specimens. For non heat-dissipating specimens, Tests Ab do not deviate essentially from earlier issues. Test Ae has been added primarily for testing equipment that requires being operational throughout the test, including the conditioning periods.
The object of the cold test is limited to the determination of the ability of components, equioment or other articles to be used, transported or stored at low temperature.
Cold tests cover by this standard do not enable the ability of specimens to withstand or operate during the temperature variations to be assessed. In this case, it would be necessary to use IEC 60068-2-14.
The cold tests are subdivided as follows:
- Cold tests for non heat-dissipating specimens
. with gradual change of temperature, Ab;
- Cold test for heat-dissipating specimens
. with gradual change of temperature, Ad,
. with gradual change of temperature, specimen powered throughout, Ae.
The procedures given is this standard are normally intended for specimens that achieve temperature stability during the performance of the test procedure.

IK01-10 IK Level Tester is Designed According to IEC 60068-2-75: Tests- Test Eh: Hammer tests.

IEC 60068-2-75-1 Scope
This part of IEC 60068 provides three standardized and coordinated test methods for determining the ability of a specimen to withstand specified severities of impact. It is used, in particular, to demonstrate an acceptable level of electrotechnical items. It consists of the application to the specimen of a prescribed number of impacts defined by their impact energy and applied in the prescribed directions.
This part of IEC 60068 covers energy levels ranging from 0.14J (joules) to 50J(joules).
Three types of test apparatus are applicable to perform these tests. Annex C provides some guidance to this aspect.

Standard for testing ultraviolet intensity of UV (ultraviolet) lamps used for disinfection

The principle of ultraviolet disinfection is to use ultraviolet radiation to cause photolysis and denaturation of bacteria proteins, and the amino acids, nucleic acids and enzymes of bacteria are destroyed and died. At the same time, when the ultraviolet rays pass through the air, the oxygen in the air is ionized to generate ozone, which strengthens the bactericidal effect. Ultraviolet is mostly used for disinfection of air and objects, with a wavelength of 253.7nm. For air disinfection, the effective distance does not exceed Zm, the irradiation time is 30 ~ 60min, for the disinfection of items, the effective distance is 25 ~ 60cm, the irradiation time is 20-30min, and the timer starts from 5-7min when the light is on. When the ultraviolet lamp used for disinfection is at a voltage of 220V, an ambient relative humidity of 60%, and a temperature of 20 ° C, the radiation intensity of 253.7nm ultraviolet rays should not be less than 70μw / cm2 Measurement, the special ultraviolet lamp is measured at the distance of use, the ultraviolet intensity meter used must be calibrated). The ultraviolet lamp's irradiation intensity gradually decreases during use, so the intensity of disinfecting ultraviolet rays should be measured frequently, once it drops below the required intensity; it should be replaced in time, so it is required to use an ultraviolet radiation meter to detect the intensity of ultraviolet radiation.

It is generally tested in accordance with the technical specifications of the UV lamp. The UV lamp manufacturer will provide the intensity description:

1.The center intensity at xx mm is as high as xxx μw / cm2, and it is sufficient to measure it with an ultraviolet light meter according to this data.
2.There will be a minimum intensity, and the minimum intensity of the effective irradiation area will reach xxx μw / cm2. According to this data, use an ultraviolet illuminance meter to measure.
